Accountabilities

~ Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
~ Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
~ Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
~ Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
~ Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Strategic Planning & Management
~ Implementing competent strategies for business with a view to penetrate new Admission and expand existing ones for meeting pre-determined business objectives and targets.
~ Projecting the monthly collection, fixing the new Enrolments and collection targets for the sales team and corresponding revenue; streamlining existing processes to enhance efficiencies while minimizing operational time/costs.

Business Development
~ Analysing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
~ Identifying, qualifying & pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
~ Organizing promotional campaigns / presentations; focusing on brand establishment, new product launches & market penetration and enhanced business.
~ Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

Team Management
~ Recruiting, training and development of the field functionaries to ensure sales and operational efficiency.
~ Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
